Great location with a fantastic view!

1. Difficulty to park in reasonably priced parking spaces. 2. This is something out of control of Wind Residences. —- A Karaoke bar across the main road. This kind of establishments should not allowed around hotels. Or they should have very tight noise control system so as not to disturb other tourists and businesses within the area.
