"Amazing view of the Taal Volcano."

The view is amazing and my child enjoyed the swimming pool so much. I love that the place is so close to restaurants, groceries and parks.

There was only one elevator working and the queue was very long, which was troublesome when we checked in and out.

The stunning view is one of the assets of this room. Even though we were upset during the check-in experience, the amazing view will make up for the bad experience.

Communication from the owner or caretaker upon arrival at the main gate (Guard House) was lacking. We waited for 30 minutes to reach someone via searching from the social media contact number, a long queue at the reception desk. In my opinion, management should increase staff during busy check-in times. Please be aware of hidden charges such as paid parking and incorrect location pins. The location should be updated to simply 'Wind Residence'. Out of 4 lifts, only one was working, there is no designated smoking area on the property; you must cross the road. Additionally, access to amenities such as the pool area is subject to a fee.
