The location, view, proximity to landmarks, and accessibility to restaurants. Also has a functioning washing machine should we stay longer next time2

Electrical sockets were 2sparce, but extension cords were provided. This is more of the building’s fault rather than the owner’s

Our stay became memorable because of the clean and cozy vibe in the unit plus the stunning view of Taal right in front while sipping your drink in the balcony.

No toiletries are provided so guest should bring their own. Nothing that we don't like I guess.

"The Taal Lake view is perfect."

The Taal Lake view is perfect. It is the same as in the photos advertised. The building is also near to restaurants around the area.

The showers need to be cleaned. Other than that it’s perfect.
