Loredana was super helpful... Flat was warm and comfortable. Good wifi lovely views...sad that the sun doesn't get to the terrace.

It should be made clear on the Booking.com site that the pool is not usable out of season. Some of the furniture and fittings were a bit tired... Kitchen equipment a bit haphazard

"Nice apartment with a great balcony and spectacular view, close to tourist attrations."

Great location, close to most tourist attractions (walking distance), safe parking, great balcony with a spectacular view. Kitchen appliances included a gas stove, oven and microwave as well as a freezer and huge fridge. Check out was 10am, but we could leave our car until we left Taormina in the late afternoon.

Apparently they have only apts with one double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds (great for families with small children as they include lot's of Disney stickers) but we were three adults... Two bathrooms, one with a tub (however no shower curtain) and one with a narrow shower with nowhere to place your shampoo etc. They kept asking for a specific time for arrival (which is difficult when travelling by car from another city you want to explore) and we were told that check in after 8pm would be charged extra (I never read this on the website before as it said check in up until 11pm). We were told before arrival that our parking spot would be at -2 and we should take lift A to our apartment...however there are no signs as such and our parking at -2 was actually one level above street level. Loredana was there to meet us in the end and showed us around which was helpful.

"very large comfortable apartment, in an excellent location .. can’t wait to get back"

the proximity to the town centre was fabulous. the terrace at the apartment was huge .. we pretty much stayed their most of the time

a strange second bedroom with a padlocked wardrobe meant our daughter had to hang all her clothes in our room. also a second set of bedding would have been useful for a two week stay
