Beautifully furnished flat in the city center JBAL1-1

It was in great location, spacious and spacious

The bed mattress was very uncomfortable, the apartment was super humid. There is no noise isolation, its a busy street during the day/evening. The place needs some work for sure, the walls were cracked in some places. And the worst part is that the apartment next door was under construction so they were doing work from 8 am until 4 pm even on Saturday

Nice location. Good communication with the owner, she answered almost immediately and always tried to help. AC in both rooms.

Hard to find at first, if using Google Maps, leads to the wrong place. The sofabed was extremely uncomfortable, we had back pain after sleeping on it. It was also crooked, and we couldn’t get it fixed on the second day of our stay, the owner offered to fix it on a last day and there was no sense already… The property was super cold at winter, AC worked, but could not heat the whole apartment. The bathroom was extremely cold, especially the floor. During our stay the buildings main door lock was changed and they forgot to leave the new keys for us in the lockbox. When we came back at 10pm, we couldn’t open the door so I called the owner. She suggested that we could take a taxi (and they will refund) and ride somewhere outside of Valletta to get to their office and pick up a key ourselves. That was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient for us, but luckily after calling to people on intercom somebody helped us and opened the front door. And the next day they brought the key. Also, before the stay they send you a link with all the information about accommodation and also make you pay 400€ deposit and city tax in their online system. This looks a little scary and unreliable at first. But they returned the deposit so it was fine. During the first night we were woken up at 8 am with terribly loud drill noise from the appartment next door. They did not mention before that there was an ongoing renovation.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, sprawna klimatyzacja, ciepła woda bez ograniczeń, system odbioru kluczy bezproblemowy, cicha i spokojna okolica, wszędzie blisko, pomimo kilku mankamentów raczej wrócimy

Fatalne łóżko w salonie, brudne okna (przetarłam je sama w miarę żeby można było przez nie wyjrzeć), generalnie czystość mieszkania do poprawy, ciemna i zakurzona klatka schodowa, budynek w trakcie remontu, 3 rolki papieru toaletowego na tygodniowy pobyt 4-osobowej rodziny to zdecydowanie za mało

Bardzo przyjemny,czysty apartament. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Nie brakuje niczego. Rewelacyjny kontakt wlascicielami. Świetna lokalizacja. Wszystko na plus żadnych minusów. Cena Bardzo batdzo przystępna. Polecamy i napewno wrócimy chętnie!

Shuttle service didn't drop me where the apartment was and I had to walk for a while to find the apartment.

El apartamento era muy cuqui..la ubicación ideal la verdad...el contacto con el apartamento muy fluido y contestación rápida.

Un malentendido que tuvimos con el depósito que pedían pero que fue solucionado .
