Great property and location., very private.

The service utility area was not very usable. The unit is advertised as a standard apartment and it is more of a hotel room. The separation from the primary apartment could benefit from increased soundproofing. We enjoyed the unit but there were family arguments that we were privileged to which we should not have been.

Great location for exploring the island. Beautifully furnished apartment with lots of character. Cristina was an excellent host responding promptly and providing excellent reconditions for our stay. Would stay again.

Not a property point but I think it is worth noting that whilst parking on the island is really convenient it is quite expensive at c 50 euro a day.

Location was great, bed comfy. Liked the little Terrace.

Shower plugged. Hard to reach the plug For the coffee machine and tea kettle.

Everything, starting from cosiness and cleaness of the place , top location, close to the sea and to the local restaurants in the very heart of Ortigia Historic district, if we would repeat that trip again we would definitely return there . No hassle check-in and check out, and Cristina was more than helpful.

Excellent location in the heart of Ortigia, very close to the public parking and all the shops and restaurants. It looks even better than on the pictures and the terrace is just amazing! The host very responsive and it was very easy to get in - clear and easy. Would stay even longer.

There was nothing that i did not like, just for those with mobility issues, there are lots of stairs to get to the top floor apartment. We knew about it but the terrace and the view was worth every step.

Ease of check in and access

Stairs are very steep and narrow but maybe inevitable in one town . We had two big cases . If in any way fragile do not consider . Otherwise the climb was well rewarded with an excellent apartment with lovely terrace

This is in a great position in town. We found it very comfortable for a couple. The roof terace was great.

The Apartment was beautiful as well as clean and as shown in the in the pictures. It had everything you needed. The view from the terrace was amazing!

I would say it would be helpful if detailed instructions were left about how leaving/entering works, etc. I figured it out eventually but since I was traveling solo that adds a little layer of stress. Overall the host was very responsive and checked in. Also please note there are a lot of stairs to climb as expected with an old property but good to be prepared if you have someone with mobility issues. I only had a carryon and it was a struggle.
