Great room in a great location. The room was clean and I felt very secure and comfortable.

Nothing to do with the property itself however there were construction works happening next door which was a little distracting. This is not the fault of the property.

The location is unbeatable as it is located in Ortigia, just a few minutes from all that Siracusa has to offer. The apartment is modern and comfortable.

I hadn’t noticed that room service is not included so I was surprised by this detail. That means of course no complimentary water or toiletries if and when they run out. It is important to keep the spartan nature of this lodging in mind in planning your stay.

Clean, compact, contemporary apartment perfectly located in the old town. Close to everything you want in Ortigia. Great water pressure in the shower!

The stairs! But understand these are a necessary compromise in an old town location.

The position was great and the bed was comfortable.

Location, clean.

Ran out of toilet paper. The unit should be stocked with extra! Shower flooded quickly. No hair conditioner provided; only shampoo and bar soap. Paper thin walls.. can hear and SMELL everything going on in unit next door.

Location was excellent. Design was really cute. Ease of communication was great.

Parking to access the BNB is very limited. We were very lucky to find a spot that we could stay in for two days. pure luck. But this is probababy the case all over Ortigia. AC in bedroom did not seem to work. Wish there was more of a balcony - but understand it is traditional townhouse. LOTS of stairs with no lift - but that was understood beforehand.

great communication from Cristina and instructions very easy to follow. Cristina is extremely fast in replying & very helpful

for me, the pillow was uncomfortable - too solid. Obviously it is very difficult to cater for everyone's tastes. Also, quite noisy at night but background rather than loud noise. it may effect some people's sleep.

Beautiful rooms. Clean and nicely decorated. Close to the center. Very helpful and kind hostess. I suggest it 100%

There was no outside space as described. There was a moveable partition between our apartment and next door which was not sound insulated, so we could hear every word spoken by our neighbours!
