L’unica cosa è stato il rubinetto del lavandino pieno di calcare che schizzava un po’ dappertutto e in generale il calcare nelle docce. Per il resto tutto bene

Good location and spacious

There was construction and they only warned us about it two days before

Location is excellent, right in the middle of everything with is a pro. However it does get very loud at night from the bars below and people in the streets.

Perfect location for exploring Ortigia! Balcony overlooking Temple of Apollo and piazza where street musicians play in the evenings. Steps away from the street markets and from a supermarket. Beautiful luxury apartment, like staying in a palazzo, with very nice furnishings. Very spacious for our family of four. Super convenient to have a washing machine to do our laundry and drying rack in a small courtyard. Central AC (which is a rarity in Italy) kept the place nice and cool during the peak of summer. Owner rode with my husband in our rental car to the parking lot while his wife showed me around the apartment and how everything works. Very beautiful apartment, would stay here again if we return to Ortigia.

Sauna & dishwasher don’t work, and balcony needs some repairs but is still usable. You need to enter ZTL zone with car for ease of dropping off luggage, or else will need to carry luggage quite some distance to avoid driving through ZTL area. Owner submitted something for us so hopefully we don’t get a fine for entering ZTL briefly to drop luggage. Also, you need to carry your luggage up the stairs one floor to apartment which would’ve been difficult without my husband. In all fairness, this has been the norm in every apartment we’ve stayed in Sicily- so pack light.

We loved the location, central but still quiet inside. So spacious, beautifully furnished, bedding very comfortable. The owner met us at the property, all communication was excellent prior as well. We all enjoyed having our own private room for sleeping.

Location Style of place. Host provided extra coffee pods when we ran out.

Parking a little far and app did not work well, although we were reimbursed when we got home.

Este fix deasupra Templului lui Apollo, un excelent punct de pornire in explorarea Ortigiei, aproape de muzee, inconjurat de restaurante si magazine.
