Villa Callas 16

The location was superb, only five minutes from the thermal. The furniture and the place were roomy enough for two people, safe and nice to walk around the park. Best of all the owner Diana was exceptionally helpful and any time I would text her, she would answer immediately. She met us outside the gate and guided us to the apartment. I have an allergy to pets and she made sure that even the comforter was washed and there was not a single pet hair in the place. I am really grateful for that.

I wish they had a ventilator in the bathroom. As I noticed in Italy, they are not used to having a ventilator or an open window in the bathroom. The shower had very little water and no pressure. She should advise the guests about the hot water boiler that needs to be reset a few times. She was nice enough to come immediatelgy and show us how to reset the boiler but I think these things need to be told ahead of time. I wish we had a balcony or terrace.

Superb location! Very close to old city and other places worth to visit. The apartment has everything for comfortable stay. Comfy bed. Underground parking.

Nothing to complain, except AC was bit noisy and had to turn of at night.

Location, furniture style, facilities within the property, cleanliness, help from the staff.

Lack of additional pillows for sleeping and watching tv in bed in a more comfortable position. Heating and water thermostat could be easier to operate (it often stopped working and had to be manually reset).
