Very clean and spacious

Local residents don’t like tourists using the pool and the sun loungers

Property ok but dated.

Swimming pool closed and not informed before booking. No parking available for cars despite being told they would be. We had to pay for a local car park for 2 cars for the week.

Close to city centre, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, for large group. Also had a pool, tennis court and table tennis.

Location was fine - literally 5 minutes Walk to the main through street and centre of Sorrento

Poorly maintained facilities - crumbling plaster in 2 bathrooms- shower door poorly maintained (we had to fix this ourselves) tripped alarm system sounding with no explanation of what it was and lack of urgency to get it fixed- smell of gas in property after alarm system was “fixed” - one selling point of a pool on the property not being listed at the time of booking as being closed for when we would be staying - also we believed that local tax payment had already been included in the original price and hadn’t expected to pay this in cash

Very spacious and clean. Responsive staff.

A larger coffee maker for a 5 bed property would be nice.

Size of apartment and location were excellent. Kitchen very well equipped. Very spacious apartment. Would recommend for a large group staying in Sorrento.
