Casa Valentina - 5 BEDROOMS

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and plenty of space for our group. Towels and linen provided and cooking facilities. Perfect location in stunning Sorrento.

Staff very strict around the pool area with the children. Did not allow toys in the pool which we found a little disappointing. It appeared staff favoured the local children, ie they would chastise our children for doing exactly the same things as the local children, yet turn a blind eye to the locals. We felt as though we were subject to constant surveillance by the local residents, who were quite rude. On our final day we vacated the apartment by 10am, however our pick up was not until the afternoon. We presumed the children could use the pool until we left, however we received a rather aggressive message from the host demanding we left the complex immediately, which spoilt our final day.

The apartment was brilliant for our stay, so spacious and a great layout for the 12 of us staying there. It’s in a brilliant location just a 5 min walk from the Main Street in Sorrento, it was perfect.

The apartment was great and Luciana was brilliant. We had issues with using the pool because the residents who live in the complex didn’t believe we were staying there, we had lots of trouble from them and dirty looks which was really upsetting and frustrating. This did get resolved but was a dampener on our week and put us on edge using the pool. Another thing was you have to wear swimming caps in the pool, not to much of an issue but not outlined when booking.

Great Location spacious apartment

The property highlighted the swimming pool. However, when we checked in were shocked to see the swimming pool not operational. On contacting the representative of the host we were told the pool would only be operational from June 15 (one day after we checked out). The representative assured me that the host will call me but s/he never contacted me. I feel they should have been transparent about the swimming pool operational dates and should have clearly mentioned it. The location of the apartment is fantastic but the exteriors are a bit dilapidated. Overall a comfortable but the kids were very excited about using the pool which they could not.

Convenient to local town (5 mins) and beaches (10 mins) Large apartment with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. It suited our large family of 12. Amenities and utilities were in great working order. Train and buses in 10 min walk away

Walked everywhere

Stunning apartment - excellent location, high ceilings! Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, very spacious living area with balconies! Also very well equipped. Walking distance of everything!

Apartment and rooms are big enough, with the group of 5 people we felt good. Highly recommended to book full apartment. If I can recommend 15 out of 10.
