Stafford apartments

This apartment was clean and convenient.

There’s a lock box at the building entrance and a lockbox at the apt entrance. This caused some confusion, and since it was after 5, we couldn’t call anyone and had to wait for a text response. It was a little bit of a bummer at the end of a big day.

Convenient for rail travel unlike most of Stafford accommodation.

I suppose the price is noise from late night food venues. One other negative was a bright advertising board near the window which defied efforts to subdue.

Super well appointed with absolutely everything needed for a stay. Very clean. Close to railway station and town centre amenities.

It need a washing machine and some kitchen utensils

Small but perfectly formed. Everything you would need if staying any length of time. Overnight parking arrangements worked very well.

There was a strong smell of damp on entering the building and also in the apartment. There was a lot of noise outside - crowds of people, racing cars until almost 5am - but it was Saturday night!

The location was good in that it was a few mins walk from Tesco Extra and lots of restaurants

We did not like the location of apartment 6, felt unsafe as the front door was facing the back alley way of a fast food restaurant. Parking was difficult, with the resturant delivery drivers regularly parked in the free spaces. The standard of cleanliness of the bathroom was poor, with the shower room mouldy and no ventilation. The bed was also uncomfortable, the choice of black for bedsheets was also not to our taste

The sheets on the bed had this velvety top side that was to die for! The studio was way bigger than I expected and everything was super clean. Was honestly a really good little place and I would definately stay there again! Also given the proximity to a nightclub you couldn't actually tell! It was actually quiet and peaceful mostly which was amazing! Really neat little place! Its close to like EVERYTHING you could need and just a 10/10 little hidden gem! Also the Studio I got while not specfically for disabled folk was actually relatively accessible being a ground floor with only a few steps up and a nice low to ground shower. I am a stick user and it was very suitable for me! So fellow stick users take a note this one would probs be good for you too! Honestly such a fab little place, big TV, comfy bed, all the basics you need to make homecooked food and like so many good places near to order in from or pop out too if you can't be bothered... Really can't reccomend enough!

Could have been one more big towel considering it was for two people and the shower was a little slippy so maybe like a mat for grip would be good. I think the bathrooms cupboard door was a little dodge too. The lock box was pretty tricky to open but honestly anything would be SUCH a minor thing compared to how nice it was.
