"Warm and well located for station. generally a down at heel apartment in a narrow alleyway that is in need of an upgrad"

Well equipped and warm

It is rather shabby and in need of a facelift. Shower old fashioned. Carpets worn and grubby. Everything needs an upgrade

"Heating not working."

Reasonable location for train station, town centre etc.

The heating wasn't working in the main living area. The heater just would not come on despite trying to set timers, etc. Resorted to opening the oven! The facilities are very basic. I know for the price point I shouldn't be expecting much. Theres no washing machine (although there is an ironing board?) So not a place for any more than a couple of nights.

Bed looked clean but did not smell clean. Crockery needed re washing. Apartment was cold and smelled of damp. Thankfully it was only for one night
