Parking just in front of the apartement, or just 2 minutes walk (you can temporarily park at the front door to unload the luggage’s anyway. The apartments are in the heart of Petit Coo and have been beautifully renovated. The building was originally the Baron Hotel, in the same family for more than 100 years.

The apartment was relatively clean.

Location during our stay was very disappointing. The village put up a “Christmas Market” which surrounded the hotel, making it a very busy and noisy place. Concerts and open air parties in the evenings, lasting well after midnight. After the shows rowdy drunk patrons relieving themselves right in front of the hotel. We left four days early. When asking for a refund the owner refused to recognise our complaints. (Also, no free parking nearby. Free spots available only at village cemetery parking lot, but it fills up quickly and not convenient.)

Central location. Spacious apartment with good quality bed and nice living area. Super friendly owner.

Bike shed is also spacious and seems safe, but it’s next to the rubbish bins of the restaurant.

The apartment had been modernised and was very roomy and comfortable. A cupboard for our clothes in the bedroom, double washbasins in the bathroom, good sound insulation and fly nets in the windows. There was decent lighting which is often a point of critisism, full marks here. The kitchen crockery and cutlery were fairly matching and not a jumble of assorted items like you sometimes see. There were a good selection of kitchen utensils too. A good guide to the apartment in several languages was strategically placed so our most important questions could be answered, and a bottle of red wine to welcome us. We did not meet our host personally, but were contacted a couple of times during our 5 night stay to hear if all was well. Coo is a popular tourist spot and a good base for the surrounding area, good for walks and enjoying nature, not least the waterfalls and the dams. There are several restaurants close by so no need to travel far after the days' adventures. Altogether a great experience and good value for money.
