The stairs! But we were on the top floor and worth it for the view, but be careful if you have bad knees, hips etc

We met the host, she was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed

It is very well furnished, well equiped kitchen and has a spacious shower room. Heating is also a good one, it feels very cosy here. I liked our stay a lot!

One point which is worth adjusting is curtains in the bedroom, would be great to have blackouts there.

Very comfortable two-bedroom apartment with complete kitchen. We loved the dark wood floors. We've stayed in other apartments with lino everywhere; easier to clean perhaps, but not as cosy. The town itself is a bit of a mixed bag: on the one hand it's in the beautiful, wooded valley of the Amblève and is served by the train (Liège - Luxembourg). There are four restaurants (five in Summer). On the other hand there's a bit amusement park with water slides and roller coasters, and also 'Coo Adventure' - activities such as zip-lining, so in the season it could perhaps get a bit overrun.

There was a bakery at one point, but the shop hasn't survived the Covid period. In fact the nearest supermarket is in Trois Ponts. There's a Carrefour there (but seems rather run down and may be on its last legs) and a Delhaize (much better market). These are 30 and 45 minutes walk, respectively, from the property.
