Appartamento in ottima posizione curato e pulito. Disponibilità del personale ad ogni chiamata si sono resi disponibili ad aiutarci per risolvere il problema.

Il bagno con doccia walk in, vicino alla vasca idromassaggio, ha allagato il bagno. Lavatrice inutizzabile a causa della maniglia apertura oblò rotta. Cappa che, per spegnerla, abbiamo dovuto staccare la corrente. Finestre gonfie per la pioggia che non si aprivano e portone che faticava a chiudersi per lo stesso problema.

It’s walking distance to a lot of attractions and less than 5min walk away from the mercato. It’s very spacious and we like the bed but can be a bit firm for others.

The property isn’t as well maintained as it appears on the pictures. Some of the areas like the bathroom door has paint peeling off. It’s not very clean as there are some hairs in the shower. The jacuzzi as well appears old and dirty. The sink has water stains all over and we also saw some bugs across the bathroom floor. We’re also disappointed with the communication with the property manager. Their office was closed both on our arrival and our departure so we have been lugging around our bags everywhere. Also we had to change our plans to accommodate this. They didn’t let us know that they are going to be closed on our arrival and told us there is a luggage storage area at the end of the street but didn’t know the name, when we tried to contact them on our departure, again they are closed and can be contacted only on emergencies.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-decorated with a modern touch. The location was convenient, within walking distance to key attractions and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was easy.
