it's located in a city centre, it's also clean and nice interior.

Photos of non working jacuzzi should be deleted, and the workers with the noise at 8.00 in the morning should be talked about earlier. Ridiculous compensation though.

Location, convenience and excellent level of equipment and facilities in the apartment. Beds and Breaks have been friendly and attentive throughout the booking process. this is a great place to stay if you are planning a visit to Valencia.

The check in process was a little drawn out and somewhat cumbersome. Uploading images and selfies on to a check in web site was not easy, and the having to add the same details manually seemed excessive.

The apartment was very close to the office so picking up the keys was very easy. We arrived very early but the lady there was very welcoming and offered to look after our bags until the property was ready in the afternoon. She spoke excellent English and also sorted out heating in the apartment when we told her that it was chilly in the evenings. The bed was extremely comfortable and the property was very quiet, even though it was very close to the centre of town. It was also a nice bonus to have a dishwasher! It was very easy to walk into El Carmen and the main squares and public transport was very easy to access.

It would have been nice to have had a few cereal bowls and a couple of small saucepans, but we didn't eat at the apartment very often. We were only give 2 dishwasher tablets so had to wash up by hand several times as there wasn't enough crockery to load the dishwasher.

Location was great, living area & kitchen were comfortable & well equipped.

Beds were uncomfortable and would have been better if air con was in all rooms and not just the bedrooms.Surprised there was no safe.
