G&V APARTMENTS CLOSE to CENTER

The location was very convenient. The blackout curtains kept the room completely dark in the morning, which made for a nice sleep. There was plenty of space in the apartment.

Huge issues with the cleanliness: the bedsheets were not clean at all with brown spots and gunk, the bathroom had hairs and other dirt, etc. The couch in the living room is so deformed and nasty that it should have found its way to the trash heap years ago by the looks of it. The apartment is said to have to bathrooms, but the two bathrooms are connected with only an opaque shower glass between them, so you can hear (and smell) everything in the other bathroom, which is a bit awkward. The WiFi didn't work, and neither did the link we were supposed to use to check in and open the door. We had to wait 25 minutes behind the door for someone to show up and let us in.

It was very clean and I liked just how central it is. I liked that it had 2 bathrooms and kitchen facilities plus cleaning products. As there were only 2 of us we just used the showers at different times as it would have been awkward especially as mum and son travelling together! WiFi was a reasonable speed as I had to do some work early morning.

It’s the first time I’ve used in app entry and it took time to work it out. I knew we were central however had no idea just how noisy the road was and even with the windows shut it was noisy. I guess it all depends on what you’re used to. Looking back now on reviews it would appear that even back in 2023 the toilet flush buttons were missing and the sliding bathroom door caused issues and still do. Other than the standard communication there wasn’t any response to a question. Whilst we spent lots of time sightseeing and out of the apartment as we always do it would have been nice to have at least been able to access some sort it tv.

acessabilty, very reliant IT; not good for all travellers

The apartment is located in front of the center of Valencia, quite close, shops nearby, the host quite understanding.The kitchen is equipped with useful equipment!

Although I stayed 7 days in the location, cleaning is not done and towels are not changed because there is a washing machine. Here I give a minus! When you are on vacation, you do not go to wash your clothes and towels and this should be specified in the offer! Very loud car traffic noise at night!

Don't have a little bit of sugar and coffee until you go and buy some.

The apartment was very spacious and it has two bathrooms, it is in a walking distance to the city centre

It was a little bit noisy because of a busy road but it was not a big problem.

The location is excellent, close to the metro/bus stop. The old city is within walking distance, which was very convenient for my family. WiFi is very fast. I can recommend this apartment for short and long stay in Valencia.

Maybe a little more cups in the kitchen, but this is not so important. The street where apartment is located is quite noisy, but I was aware of it, so I can't say that this is drawback.
