G&V APARTMENTS CLOSE to CENTER

Very good location- near the public transport, markets, a few minute walk from old town. Comfortable beds and nice view.

We would’ve wished that there were coffee, tea and sugar left for the first morning. It would’ve been a nice gesture, especially if you’re checking in after a late flight. But there were multiple coffee shops across the street.

Location was great. Place was clean and spacious and had all we needed

One bathroom had a sliding door that wouldn’t slide and so we could not use one of the bathrooms. I told the staff. They said they would come fix it but they never did.

Great location although the road outside is very busy and therefore noisy even at night. We had great weather so it was fairly warm in the night and couldn’t open the windows. The air conditioning didn’t seem to help cool the apartment.

Both bathrooms were great but the toilets are missing their flush buttons, this made it difficult to flush properly and as a result they then trickled water all night.

Very easy.

Everything was perfect. A little oark and cafes outside was lovely for early morning coffee.

Great location - less than 15 min. away from the Joaquin Sorolla station and about 20 min. away from the city centre. Clean and tidy place with all facilities (towels, hair dryer, laundry machine, cooking utensils, and even an orange juicer!) Super easy check-in and check-out and responsive host.

Nothing :) But something minor is the flush buttons of the toilets are not easy to press.

It was very clean and comfortable and an easy walk to the old town.

Thanks for the week in the apartment. It was comfortable but there are a few points to note : The left hinge of the toilet seat in the en-suite was broken when we arrived. The toilet roll holder in the bathroom was in the drawer and not fixed on the wall which was a nuisance. The advertising blurb conveniently omitted to tell us that the twin room did not have an En-Suite, so the people in the twin room had to cross through the Kitchen/Lounge area to get to the Bathroom. That may be ok when it’s all family but not otherwise. Likewise the the En-Suite shower and the Bathroom shower are separated only by an obscure glass panel which does not extend up to the ceiling, leaving a gap at the top for ventilation. This seriously reduced the privacy between the En-Suite and bathroom to an uncomfortable level. The sliding door into the bathroom should have a projecting handle instead of the recessed handle as when it was opened fully it receded completely into the cavity in the door jamb and could not be gripped when someone wanted to pull the door to close it. Only the men were tall enough to reach up and grip the top of the door to pull it out of the cavity in order to close it. That was tiresome all week. Worse still the door did not have a lock on it, so the door could not be secured closed when in use. This was pretty stressful for the couple who were using it and was quite unpardonable. There were only three breakfast bowls for four people. The kettle does not switch off when boiled, we had to pull it out of the wall after every use which was a nuisance and which, in turn, was causing the electrical socket to become loose on the wall. Two cockroaches were in the main Bathroom on the night we arrived. One actually climb up my friend’s leg. He brushed it off and the two ran off under the sink and we didn’t see them again all week. Fortunately our wives didn’t see them or the apartment owners would have had a serious problem.
