"Apartament super bine pozitionat si confortabil!"

Apartament cu 2 dormitoare si 2 bai, plus un living, bucatarie si un mic baconas, super bine pozitionat, la 1 min de mers pe jos de Mercato Central si 2 de Primarie. Un dormitor cu pat dublu si celalalt cu 2 paturi single. Foarte bine dotat si utilat. Gazda, foarte draguta si binevoitoare, ne-a explicat toate atractiile Valenciei si cum ajungem cel mai rapid. Un Carrefoure la 1 min si o pizerie chiar la parter. Super! Mai vrem sa revenim la aceasta locatie!

No se le puede pedir más a un alojamiento: céntrico, luminoso, cómodo , nuevo y limpio. Su propietario …. Nos dio muy buenas indicaciones y en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros.

Locatie is perfect. De host is super aardig en behulpzaam

Onder het appartement is een Italiaans restaurant. Dat kan een beetje gehorig zijn.

"Needs some maintenance and deep cleaning."

Javier was a good host and very responsive.

Apartment needs a good deep cleaning and some maintenance work. Showers leak on the floor and the tiles are stained and dirty. Most of the dishes we pulled out from the kitchen cabinets were dirty. Apartment needs some overall maintenance. There was also an issue of some noise at night, pounding through the walls. To Javier's credit, he did try to find the source of the noise, but wasn't able to.
