although small- since it’s in old town- they have used every inch to put in things to make your stay enjoyable

it’s a great location with a great owner- nothing to dislike!

Tapineria 9, old and unconfortable, bedroom overlook a smelly courtyard, 15 cms foam matress bed very unconfortable, towels as old as the bathroom, moreover apartment not adapted to mobility impaired people unlike oferted

Javier met us easily, led us to the underground car park, and was very helpful. Keys are easy to use! There are two bedrooms and all the furniture is new and it is well presented. Ideal for getting around central Valencia. We were there at Christmas and it was warm and comfortable on the whole. The kitchen is well equipped, but we didn't cook as you are situated right over one restaurant, and surrounded by a massive choice of others. It was great to have somewhere so easy to return to for a quick rest in the day before continuing on the explore Valencia expedition.

We were four adults, and the second bedroom contains two large singles, which are comfy, but are not easy to move around, there is a small gap which children will be comfortable with but not so easy for adults who have to get up in the night! That being said, we would go again, but only as two adults.

the shower was in danger of flooding and the bathroom door didn’t shut

I booked this apartment for my parents and friends to stay while they visited us and it was perfect. Javier was a lovely host who met us on arrival and speak very good English. There was plenty of space for 2 older couples to stay in-between outings. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is perfect (we live here and chose it for family based on the good location) to see the centre but also a short walk from lots of transport options.

Good, quiet location close to the Mercado Central. Sunny and cozy apartment.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
