Boa localização, precisa de alguma manutenção no ar condicionado que não pode ser ligado depois das 10pm porque a máquina faz barulho e atrapalha os vizinhos. Chuveiro do banheiro precisa de renovação pois é difícil mante-lo na posição. Apartamento é amplo, varanda agradável, cozinha completa e ótima localização

Chuveiro pode ser renovado e a limpeza pode ser mais caprichosa. Toalhas e lençóis podem ser renovados: toalha de banho com cheiro forte, de velha ou mal lavada.

L'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé. Il est un peu exxentré mais ce n'était pas un problème pour nous. Il convient parfaitement pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Le propriétaire est très serviable et réactif.

L'isolation n'est pas top. On entend fort les bruits de la rue. Le canapé-lit n'est pas super confortable mais ça fait l'affaire pour quelques jours. L'autre lit est très bien
