"UNA AUTÉNTICA VERGÜENZA"

Absolutamente nada, todo roto, viejo, pérdidas de agua en los grifos sin reparar, lavadora con entrada de agua rota y que no funciona, el colchón ha sido el peor de mi vida. MAL, todo MAL!

Nada, además les he solicitado la factura ya que viajaba por trabajar, y tras llamarles durante días y escribir por WhatsApp no han tenido la decencia de mandarme la factura. He pedido soporte directamente a booking. NO DEBERÍA ESTAR EN BOOKING ES UNA VERGÜENZA

La posizione va benissimo ma si può trovare di meglio tanto c’è la metro puoi andare ovunque in 5 minuti

Staff inesistente succede qualcosa devi aspettare i soccorsi

"No hubo estancia porque no pude entrar ni contactar con nadie"

No pude entrar, no estaban bien los códigos y no nos cogieron el teléfono. Tuve que hacer otra reserva en la ciudad para poder hospedarme. Dos horas de llamadas y mensajes al anfitrión sin respuesta alguna
