Non andava né il televisore né il wi fi, non pulitissimo.

1.-No poder contactar con alguien del alojamiento. 2.- Lo estrecho de las escaleras de acceso. 3. Falta de información en la ubicación Precisa.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Schimmel direkt über dem Bett, unter dem Dach. Badezimmertüre klemmt und lässt sich kaum öffnen und schließen. Geschirrspüler ist komplett verrostet. Geländer, das absichern soll, dass man aus dem Bett im oberen Geschoss nicht ein Geschoss tiefer fällt ist locker.

Wifi inesistente, TV non funzionante, staff non reperibile telefonicamente. Già contattato Assistenza Clienti Booking perché i disagi erano effettivi. Il letto sul soppalco stretto, abbiamo dormito sul divano letto

Porta del bagno rovinata, rubinetto cucina leggermente difettoso. I dati wifi a noi riferiti erano sbagliati, quelli giusti sono scritti dietro al modem in camera da letto dietro la tenda

Seems like a good centric location but at night it is very noisy, there many people drunk partying in the street just below the window. The window should be noise proof but it is an old simple window, so hard to sleep!

The stairs!! In the description they don’t tell you it’s a third floor without elevator, and in order to go up you have to climb a tiny spiral staircase that gives you dizziness and seems very unsafe. All steps are tiny, and it’s hard to climb. Also, the noise at night. It’s situated right on top of a bar where people are partying and it’s hard to sleep. The kitchen was broken and the faucet to clean dishes was leaking water. We could not use it. Finally, the passive aggressive letter from landlord saying if you stain towels you will have to pay a fine.

The location was perfect, even if very noisy at night (the week end, not so much during teh week), but the fact of being right in the middle of the town was great for moving around. Like the idea of checking in independently.

No warning or indication that there are 54 steps to reach the third floor, with a staircase large no more than 50 cm, very tricky. Baron suite unresponsive at best, 24 hours to reply to a message, most of the time no replies to phone calls, if there is an emergency you are on your own. Internet not working, other guest at the same time complained about this. Tv not working, dish washer damaged and not working, missing buttons and electrics exposed, tap at sink of kitchen leaking so much it could not be used, the double bed unusable, the mattress had a sinking hole in the middle! Bathrooms door broken, my wife got locked inside the bathroom, could not open the door, I had to do it from the outside, a piece of the door came off and blocked it. Generally deceiving place, it looks very nice, with bright large windows opening onto the pedestrian road, ample space for a 1 bedroom, beautiful views, but the property is in rundown state, all over the place, windows, walls, you name it. Pieces of the kitchen were stashed under the sink….it just looks and feel like nobody cares, and nobody does. Very poor for the price paid. We stayd just because we were vesting a family member, if I was purely on holiday I would have reported this on day one, and left….
