The host is very responsive and accomodating. She attended all my queries from start to check out. Our vacay is almost ruined because of a scammer. Ms Angelica is indeed an angel. Many thanks! We"ll surely comback.

Location was great.

1. Okay naman yun unit, it was the same from our last booking wayback 2022. But for some reasons, hindi na sya well maintained. The entire room was a disaster. yung CR nila, grabe sa dumi! The floor was filthy, madulas, yun bowl sobrang yellowish, parang ilang months hindi nalinisan. The heater was there but not working. Yun tubig sa shower sobrang hina ng tulo kaya napilitan kami maligo using their tabo at timba which was nanunulas din! 😩 The smell of the bathroom was awful, kaya I had to buy albatros from 7/11 downstairs. May ipis din sa unit!! The AC wasn’t working well. Ang init talaga kahit naka 16C na. Basang basa ng pawis yun toddler ko especially at night. Also, we were 3 adults and 1 toddler who stayed sa unit. As per host, 2 pax lang daw ang allowed and ₱300/pax na for extra persons. Pinipilit ng assistant (Ate Margie) na need ko bayaran yun extra pax including my toddler. I ended up paying ₱3027 all in. Daig pa nila yun hotel tbh. This was the worst experience talaga kasi I was expecting more from them since hindi naman din biro yung binayaran ko na amount.

The sofa bed smells bad. Then the shower was a little broken. The place is ok except of that smelly sofa bed. The host was nice and friendly

i like the view being at the 22nd floor of the condominium, the room is clean and organized, complete equipment if you are going to cook and do kitchen stuff, wifi has strong connection and the tv equip with Netflix, ate margie the one who assisted us has good customer service, they assist us until we leave

well i think we talk about shower, good water supply but i expected more pressure on it

The place is near restaurants and grocery stores.

THE ELEVATOR. The building had 3 elevators but only one was operational although this is the building's fault, not the host, but it still affects the quality of stay. Also, some of the appliances might need an upgrade.
