It’s very well located and the apartment is cozy.

It’s hard to park downstairs. The electric circuit breaker wasn’t working well. I had to leave the garage keys in a commercial office.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Would definitely recommend.

It was very easy to collect the keys from the key box but the check-in communication arrived very late - we were already travelling to the apartment when it arrived. I had requested and chased the host for the information five days before we arrived, as two couples were coming from two different locations. I accept that there was a problem with paying the damage deposit late but I assumed this could be paid at check-in as I read that someone would be there to greet us.

After we had checked-out of the apartment, I received a message to say we had broken a lamp and we would be charged for this. The host sent me a photo and the lamp had been broken in half. We categorically did not break this lamp but of course could not prove that. The host was adamant we had broken it and deducted a sum from our damage deposit. It left a very sour taste. Being accused of something we didn’t do and then having to pay for someone else’s carelessness was unacceptable.

Good location in walking distance to all major places

A very comfortable, modern apartment in a great location. It was clean and well equipped.

It was described as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It wasn’t really clear that one of the showers was in the bedroom. The door to that bedroom didn’t close and the staff at Florit seem to suggest this was somehow our fault as this hadn’t been reported before. A promise to have someone come and look at it didn’t happen. There was no hand soap ‘as supplies hadn’t arrived’. Power for the apartment had to be turned off on exit by a key and then turned on when you got back. A good idea except that it was difficult to do this in the dark when there was no lighting! One set of keys for 3 people was also difficult.

The flat is in a great part of the city, not too close to the commercial part but close to restaurants and bars. The high ceilings are lovely and the balcony overlooking the street is a nice bonus. The flat has clearly been recently redone, so the bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms are all very up to date and clean (and nice interior design!). The shutters are electric which is useful for both privacy and darkness at night. The beds are both very comfortable, and there are lots of seating options in the kitchen/living room. It's around a 15 minute walk from Alameda metro station, which easily connects you to the airport or to the beach, and the walk is through the park which is nice. There's a small Carrefour a few doors down, useful for snacks, drinks, and anything else you might quickly need. It was around a 20 minute walk to the Colon area, but only around 5/10 minutes to the many restaurants around Plaza de la Reina.

There was only one set of keys which were needed in the flat for the electricity to work, which meant that if someone wanted to go out by themselves they wouldn't be able to take keys with them. There were spare keys but they seemed to be for something else as they didn't work in the door (happy to be corrected though!). Worth also mentioning the post 8pm check in cost of 30€ in cash and the 150€ deposit - these are all mentioned on the flat description, but just a reminder :)

The team was on hand throughout our stay to help with anything we needed. The apartment was stunning with all the amenities we could have needed. We opted for parking, which was a stones throw away, very handy. The location was fantastic. We were really very impressed and would absolutely stay here again without a second thought.
