The location is excellent and the apartment is beautiful. It is to a high standard and very clean.

We had to change our arrangements at the last minute when we were required to be in the property on one of our 3 evenings there because the owner wanted to change the A/C. We were literally told 10 minutes before the workmen arrived who worked for near 3 hours (4:40-7:30pm) with the obvious noise, disturbance and cold. This was very poorly managed.

Beautiful, big apartment in possibly the best position in the city

The air conditioning did little to cool the apartment overnight, whilst it was actually quite mild outside

Location was good, clean, modern flat

Internet instructions was wrong, this wifi instructions is behind the door, following instructions beside TV cost us 3 day without wifi, I had Spanish line but my husband and my daughter need wifi, little black bugs were everywhere , we use spray provided in the cabinet, but the owner seems can’t complain about anything else , asking for wifi seems made them tiered and I prefer not to say anything, she was writing about temper and temporal in her comments I prefer just enjoy beautiful Valencia.they are the only owner didn’t give us even 30minutes more for check out., check out at 10 am if you have kids or teenagers is little hard. and they didn’t return full amount of deposit it was $12 CAN , less than what I paid.

Even more spacious than the photos with high ceilings. Location amazing. Very clean and all amenities required. Wifi very good. Staff super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Florit Flats and this apartment in particular. Would 100% stay again.

Hosts were extremely helpful and lovely. Perfect location to both nightlife, the city, and the park etc. Apartment was clean and modern, with an exceptional view from the balcony. Would definitely recommend, and would love to return.

it was a great location and good deal for the money

we arrived early and asked for a few hours earlier to check in, they would not let us in before 2pm, purr r flight was rescheduled to a late evening and they refused to let us stay even an hour past check out time of 10am. Disappointing

The bathroom had areas that required cleaning properly, and the television in the bedroom did not work, yet it is in the room

modern, spacious, nicely decorated open planned living space with great kitchen. location is excellent and very close to a supermarket and the main sights. we didn’t use the balcony but it is a nice added feature. hosts were very responsive from the point we booked and also organised a taxi with a baby seat from the airport for us.

we visited at the start of March but was much colder inside than we expected. the apartment takes a very long time to warm up and actually never got to the requested temperature and as such the floors were cold throughout (would recommend bringing slippers if you stay outside the summer months!) you need to keep the keys in the apartment to maintain electricity and lights. if one person leaves the other person has to either come down (from the 3rd floor) and let them in the front entrance or do without electricity. for many this may not be an issue but because we had a 6 month old it was a little frustrating.
