Taormina Wonderful View

The location is reasonable close to a parking lot and the main street, also close to minimarket. Maria Teresa was waiting for us and escorted us to the room. She was nice and helpful in several ways, Also, very efficient. The view was great

The property declares that upper floors are accessible by lift. Well, I won't say this is an outright lie, but, from the entrance you climb 16 degrees to the lift and from the lift stop an additional 8 steps to the room's floor. Who and how was this property surveyed by Booking? When I search for rooms in Booking, the availability of a lift is a must, as my wive has orthopedic problems. The room was overall shabby with lots of fungus on grout. We did not have a feeling of cleanliness. The electrical sockets near the bed were actually behind the bed. I actually had to push the bed to be able to have reading light (I never take a room without bedside lights) and plug in my ereader charger. Overall poor facilities. The (shabby) wardrobe had one hanger on it. One only!

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

The location is perfect,the view is perfect, the staff was very nice.

But it was not very clean, the door for terrace couldn't be fully closed.

Awesome view from a very nice terrace, nice host, nice appartment, very quiet, and very well located! We totally recommend!

The only thing was maybe the two small mattresses that went apart slightly, instead of a big one. But this is minuscule - we still totally recommend!

Just the view and location!

Only the balcony is as in pictures, in the rest, room is not like in pictures, all old, dirty and very crowded, no place for lugagge at least. The owner rude, didnt want to find solutions, just sent to me booking to complain, not to him... If it is windy in the night, it is impossible to sleep because of the door of the balcony and window, that are very old and make a lot of noice. Make sure you get what you book, otherwise, they tell you the place was renovated and thats why it is not like in pictures (non sense)...

The location was great and the view was amazing.

The apartment was very dilapidated. There was peeling paint on the ceiling from what looked like a water leak, the bathroom cupboard door was broken and the bath was broken. The kitchen has been set up outside on the balcony and was falling apart in parts. The room we received was also not the room in the photographs

The appartment is located in a very good location as the central is just a few minutes away. The view from the teras is really amazing. The landlady let us check-in much earlier than it was scheduled.

Cleanness, overused & missing equipment! Dirty furniture, dirty floor (in corners), dirty cutleries and kitchen stuff the first I need to mention. Then the issue with facility. Broken kitchen drawer, broken wc flusher, broken shutter handle. And lastly, no kitchen knife, not enough plate and wine glass. ( I think in a holiday appointment it should be as many wine glasses as the number of people the place can accommodate. Here it was one glass & two places)
