It's an excellent apartment with all your needs. Very clean excellent location. Close to tormina centre. The owner is very nice and he take good care of his clients.

The best possible location you could get, right in the centre. Check in procedure was very easy, owner was very responsive and helpful. Nice apartment for the price of a hotel room. Modern and clean.

It’s on the 2nd floor without elevator, so if you’re carrying a lot of heavy luggage the very narrow stairs might form a serious challenge. The ceiling in the apartment is very low, especially where the bed is, so if you’ve taller than 180cm you might bump your head in different places throughout the apartment. There also was no soap or shampoo in the shower.

Functional apartments for three people in the very center of Taormina. For its money it fulfills the task of comfortable accommodation 100 percent. Lightning-fast response to all questions from the manager. Quiet despite the central location. Be sure to listen to the manager's recommendations for places to visit.

The apartments are very small but given the price - this is not a complaint but only a warning. The air conditioner does not fully cope with cooling the second tier on the hottest days but overall everything is decent and in working order

This property is the heart of Taormina, you can’t pick a better location. The apartment facilities are decent. Luca our host was incredibly helpful and supported us with recommendations and tours.

It’s quite a compact space, it wasn’t made clear that it’s a split level studio so there’s a staircase up to the bed, this means the ceilings are low in the bedroom and below in the bathroom. My husband is 6’2 in height and couldn’t stand up fully in the bedroom or the shower. I think we would have struggled if we also had our children with us as there’s not a lot of space.

Clean place, with almost everything needed. Besides the noise in the mornings (garbage pick-up), it's away from traffic noises. It's cheaper than most other choices for staying in the city center. The location is very good. Luca was very helpful, he gave us a lot of useful information about all kinds of places to eat.or have a drink/coffee. It's nice for a family that does not stay much in the room, but I would not advise if intimacy is needed.

For me, traveling with 2 kids, it was a good choice. But be aware that it's open space, the stairs are noisy and the toilet is located downstairs. The couch needs replacing, as needs the toilet roll. There was no proper knife, but I had my own.

The location was great. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The cleanness. The sheets and pillows were not very clean. I understand that the price-location is very important and the price is not very hight but you need to improve a lot of things in the house. And i will prefer te pay more if the conditions were better.

Price of the apartment is one of the best in Taormina. Location is great, really. Also, the communication from Luca was smooth and punctual.

It s a gallery and I hit my head both downstairs and upstairs (184cm). There was a huge hole in the external wall for a fan without any sense in a historical town centre. You can hear people talking (not shouting) on the street. Now that the AC is in the flat I would definitely remove the hole from the wall for better sound proofing. The sofa downstairs is far from a bed in terms of comfort. Stairs of the gallery are extremely noisy when going up/down. Forget bathroom brake during the night if you want others not to wake up because of you. Dust under the bed-wardrobe, in the fan of the Bathroom is quite bad also

Luca is very nice and friendly, provide us with all the information about the sights of Taormina, where to eat and drink! All was great! Thanks a lot!
