We were extremely disappointed with our experience with this apartment. We were not warned that the apartment above was undergoing renovation with unbearable noise from 7 am to 6 pm. We could not even sit in the room during this period, let alone rest (we were on vacation after all!!!). The administrator (owner) was notified including audio recordings and did not offer any solution other than a very small compensation which, of course, he did not pay. We do not recommend it in ANY WAY!!

Apartment was perfect for 4 of us and very conveniently located to historic part of the city.

Die Lage ist fantastisch.

Wir mussten die Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort, 15 Min Fußweg von der Unterkunft abholen. Laut Aussage der netten Dame, bei der wir auch die Schlüssel geholt haben, sollte am anderen Tag ein Handwerker kommen der die fehlende Duschtür einsetzen würde. Das ist aber nicht geschehen. Der Handwerkererker ist nicht gekommen. Es wurde auch nicht nachgefragt ob die Arbeit erledigt worden wäre. Auf meine Anfrage wurde nicht reagiert. Wir hatten also in der ganzen Zeit nur eine Duschtür, mit der wir uns behelfen mussten. Das Fenster in der separaten Toilette ist nicht zu öffnen. Außer dass jemand zum reinigen kommt, wird sich anscheinend nicht um den Zustand der Dinge gekümmert. Schade

Muy buena ubicación. Apartamento amplio. Con todo lo básico necesario.

Las almohadas eran muy, muy finas, y no había más. Bastante incómodas. La calefacción y la bomba de aire caliente no funcionaba bien, el apartamento es frío. Por suerte no nos hizo mucho frío y nos apañamos.

La ubicación perfecta y la decoración con buen gusto. Camas amplias y cómodas.

Unos cuantos pequeños fallos como humedades, falta de una mampara en el baño, una puerta del balcón rota y apañada con un cartón y alguna cosa más. El accedo a las llaves del piso se hace al otro lado del centro y en horario hasta las cuatro...

purtroppo solo dopo avermi consegnato le chiavi mi hanno comunicato che il box della doccia era rotto, quindi si allagava il bagno ogni volta che facevo la doccia e dovevo pulire col mocio il pavimento, hanno cercato di rimediare all'inconveniente, lasciandomi occupare l'appartamento fino alle ore 16,00 anziché alle 11,00

스페인 여행기간 중 가장 최악의 숙소였습니다. 체크인 이후에 욕실의 샤워부스 문제를 마치 실수라는 듯 공유해 주었고 당장 고쳐주겠다고 했지만 체크아웃때까지 문이 없는 샤워부스는 고쳐지지 않았습니다. 건물 입구는 어둡고 쾌쾌한 냄새가 났으며, 엘리베이터는 금새 고장이 날 것 처럼 움직이는 내내 덜컹거렸습니다. 집안은 에어컨을 꺼도 썰렁했고 이불도 너무 얇았습니다. 추가 이불을 문의했으나 없었습니다. 샤워부스 문제로 아직도 부킹닷컴과 숙소측과 불편한 논쟁을 진행중입니다. 다른 여행객이 저와같은 피해를 입지 않길 바랍니다. 여행중 받았던 스페인의 좋은 기억이 이 숙소 하나로 엉망이 되었습니다.
