Apartamento Cardenal

V clean quiet plenty room for 3 adults 30 min walk to center very walkable city need good shoes !! supermarket and cafe / restaurants nearby. We were able to store our luggage in the apartment on our last day which was great.

Dobra lokacija; veliko je dosegljivo pes, bljizina metroja, busov, trgovine, kavarne na ulici. Stanovanje je obrnjeno proti notranjemu dvoriscu in se ne slisi prometa iz ulice.

Muy limpio y tranquilo. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Ubicación buena. Todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones.

Cada 5-6 horas tenía que tirar agua acumulada por el aire acondicionado. Molestaba bastante.

Buena ubicación, tres dormitorios, cocina bien equipada.

Aseo muy pequeño.

Location was good ..20 min bus ride or 25 min walk to most attractions. Comfy beds,. Great supply of kitchen equipment and utensils. Light good sized appartment. Useful info provided by the host prior to arrival. 2 sets of keys = useful for us as a small group as ww were doing different things.

Air con.It was only in the main living room, also had to empty a drainage bottle outside fairly often. The air-conditioning produced a lot of dirt all over the table. But hosts have reassured us that they will have it cleaned.

Good location close to the centre. It was easy to get everywhere we needed on foot or by public transport. The flat was well equipped. The main street is quite busy, but the flat is oriented to the quiet inner part of the block.

Location, comfy beds

Power outages when a few appliances on. A 3 litre water bottle had to be constantly emptied every 3-4 hrs from the only air conditioner in the apartment which was situated in the living room - with a threat of fine penalty if you didn't. This didn't work too well even on max. Fans had to be constantly used and still warm at night in bedrooms. There is not air conditioning throughout. Took half an hour to get stove to work 1st night as wrong utensils were in kitchen - frying pan was not induction. No coffee machine. Blind fell apart in living room and kitchen door rickety with loose glass and couldn't close - sub standard. Small bathroom. Not good value for money.

Location, owner's communication and helpfulness, fair price.

The flat has two problems: firstly if you use 'too many' appliances, the electricity trips. This is especially a problem when cooking as it tripped every time we turned the oven on. Secondly, although the flat does have air conditioning, it is only found in the living room and the flat occupants have to empty a 3 litre bottle every four hours to keep it from overflowing, upon threat of a EUR 100 fine. This means you cannot have the air con on at night, and the bedrooms get stifling, even with the fans provided.
