Location, owner's communication and helpfulness, fair price.

The flat has two problems: firstly if you use 'too many' appliances, the electricity trips. This is especially a problem when cooking as it tripped every time we turned the oven on. Secondly, although the flat does have air conditioning, it is only found in the living room and the flat occupants have to empty a 3 litre bottle every four hours to keep it from overflowing, upon threat of a EUR 100 fine. This means you cannot have the air con on at night, and the bedrooms get stifling, even with the fans provided.

Spacious, very clean apartment in a good location, 15-20 min walk to the old town. It is a busy road but the rooms face the courtyard so it was totally quiet at night. The owners are super helpful, we got many recommendations by email before our stay and even offered us late checkout.

The only thing we had issues with was the electricity. We couldn't use more than one heater at a time, or heaters +tv/hairdryer as this resulted in a few seconds of blackout all the time and it was quite cold in the apartment during our stay (february).

Good location and very calm. The owners are very helpful and the apartment was very clean, fully equipped with everything we needed.

The apartment is spacious, with one large bedroom, two small bedrooms ()single beds) and a large living room. Each apartment is quite spacious (one has a large balcony) and has a pretty big bathroom. We especially liked the elegant design of the living room, which is new and modern. The furniture and the amenities in the other rooms are a mix of modern and somehow old; yet, they are very functional and offer you plenty of space, so the apartment can be successfully used for long stayings. You will find everything you need for that. We appreciated the cleanliness and the very comfortable beds. We had a good Wi-Fi signal in every zone of the house. The kitchen has all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay (electric stove and oven, washing machine with tumble dryer, big fridge, kitchenware). Our host was very useful; Veronica gave us clear instructions regarding the check-in and a bunch of useful information (shops and restaurants in the area, public transportation, and main attractions). The neighbourhood is quiet, as it is not in the central part of Valencia. Yet, it is conveniently located, and the major attractions in the city centre can be easily reached by walking (20 minutes) or by using public transportation (which, by the way, is great!).

The bathroom is small (but it is due to the layout of the building), but it is modernized, it has all the facilities and the space is used at maximum.

The apartment was comfortable and clean.

There is an electrical issue in the building so you can’t plug in multiple electrical devices. For instance you can’t use the heaters and the boiler at the same time. We didn’t really care about this, but if you’re staying for a longer period it may get irritating.

The host is very nice. I got all the necessary information by email before my departure. The host is also easily reachable through WhatsApp. The location of the apartment is very good, there are several supermarkets nearby, as well as fruit and vegetable shops, hairdressers, etc. It is also within walking distance to the big park. You can walk to the science museum as well. There is also a very big playground in the park, which is very suitable for kids. If you want to go to the beach, you can take underground, the station is not far away. There are also plenty of pans, pots, plates, bowls, etc. in the kitchen, so it is very convenient to cook there.

The bathroom/toilet is a bit small, it only fits one person max. inside.
