Most importantly the couch was very uncomfortable. The lift was out of order and I thought the roof terrace was accessible from the flat but it was 2 floors up. Certainly got my steps in this week :-)

Posizione strategica, supporto preciso e attento. Al primo problema della rottura della chiave, il supporto di tutto il personale che ringrazio si è rivelato molto efficiente e preciso. Anche alcune nostre richieste sono state subito supportate. L' alloggio era confortevole per due persone . Il letto molto comodo e la cucina abbastanza spaziosa. La tovaglia sarebbe da sostituire. Bella la terrazza panoramica all' ultimo piano condivisa, per momenti di relax e solarium attrezzata con tavolini e lettini. Bagno molto ampio e moderno, con un armadietto. Ottima la TV via cavo anche con programmi italiani. Ottimo poter lasciare il bagaglio presso un hotel convenzionato. Grazie per tutto! Assolutamente consigliato!

Purtroppo l'ascensore era "fuori servizio" e noi eravamo al terzo piano e con i bagagli è stato scomodo. Mancava la lampada su uno dei due comodini. Decisamente pochi i posti per appendere e/o riporre gli abiti: solo i comodini (per fortuna ampi) ed un appendino.

Buena ubicación

Colchón malo. Mantel roto. Muy caro en relación con la calidad. El ascensor estaba en obras y 3 pisos andando.

Location was good. Air conditioning good. Spacious shower room.

We were on the third floor so the lift was very desirable but unfortunately the lift was a problem and although it was working when we arrived we didnt have much confidence in it. A sign inside says (to paraphrase) If more than two people make it too heavy it will get stuck and require engineers to be called out to release you. No weight limit displayed to help on this. It started shuddering when pressing the call button and we never used it after that and from the next day it was out of order. If you are a person who has difficulty with stairs I would suggest you consider this point very carefully. The shower has quite low water pressure but was otherwise ok. TV could not do YouTube (or any app). It did basic channels only. We use YouTube for videos of local sights and things to do so it was inconvenient for it to be unavailable even on 'login as guest' basis.

They were exceptionally kind and responsive. The place is in a great location, with everything within walking distance. Good value for the price—highly recommend!!!
