Prefect for a short or long break, would stay again

Apartment was superb very well equipped everything we needed and more one of the best equipped self catering place we have ever stayed in. Extremely clean and comfortable. Location excellent close to both seafront and town centre. Parking - although quite tight

Garage parking was very tricky.

We were not notified of the building works. The balcony was covered in scaffolding and we went home a day early as they were taking it down.

We arrived to find a lovely card from the owners wishing us a lovely stay, tea and coffee, and a pint of milk in the fridge, which was well received after a long drive from Cornwall. The apartment simply had everything you could wish for , kitchen had all you could wish for, washer/tumble dryer , cooker, dishwasher ect. Front room with balcony and dining area 👌 super comfy king-size bed . Plus literally a 2 mins walk from sidmouth beach and shops . Even had its own underground parking space . Absolutely perfect.We're hoping to rebook for 2 weeks next year instead of only one week. We simply didn't want to leave .

The apartment was lovely and clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything required. Excellent location for the seafront and all amenities.we would definitely recommend.

The approach/building doesn't do the flat justice but lovely once you're in. Avoiding seagulls but imagine that's a general Sidmouth problem. Affected sitting out on the balcony..
