The location was excellent. Walking distance to fantasy island 0.5.

I messaged the owner 24hrs before arrival to ask for the keysafe. I was told I would get it in the morning. In the morning at 8.30am I received a long message abt rules that I had already received 1 week prior, but no keysafe code. I then sent a further 3 messages at different times before arriving advising I would be arriving by 2pm and to please provide the code. We arrived at 2pm and had to take the kids straight to the promenade instead of checking in as no code had still been provided. Instead I got a message about a leaking radiator. Frustrated I sent a further message asking for the code as we had literally arrived and had no keysafe details so we're unable to check in. I finally got a message and we ended up checking in at 6pm, by which time the kids were tired after a 3hr journey and wanted to rest. The caravan had a musty smell upon arriving. The kids clothes were covered in dog hairs after sitting on the settee. The owner sent a long message about cleaning and rules which predates back to 2020 covid, which clearly was not the case when it comes to cleanliness. The owner needs to have better communication when renting a caravan at the very least providing the keysafe code on time, given we are paying customers who have to pay in advance!

Had to fix the boiler on the first night, contacted the owner due to possibly leaving items in the caravan she said she would get back in touch but never did and stopped answering calls and text
