Great Deals at The Grange, Ingoldmells

Well where do I start! So arrived and caravan was dirty, radiators were all dirty and sticky, two of them had no temp nobs on them heating didn’t work, had damp and mould in main bedroom and could see where it’s been covered up with white paint as it was streaky and not done properly, we had two mattresses on our bed that looked like they had seen there days years ago and we’re very springy and soft and we ended up with bad backs! Sofa dirty and no scatter cushions so we had to use two pillows off the bed to get comfy! The single beds were shocking and could see the springs coming through the mattress, the bedding that was supposed to be clean was stained and dirty, there was nothing comfy about it at all and considering we arrived Saturday 7th October 2023 we ended up leaving Sunday 8th October 2023 at 9am it was shocking and the owner was very unprofessional and rude so complained to booking.com and they dealt with it very quickly and offered us a refund of £108 even though we paid £196! So our advice is DO NOT BOOK THIS CARAVAN!!!

The caravan was lovely very homely had everything that needed very clean would recommend to anyone deffantley would book again close to all amenities

The location was easy to find, with the support of the maps that we received prior to our arrival.

Everything the caravan was lovely and clean! Double bed was lovely and comfy would definitely stay again, great value for money, round the corner from tesco express and short walk either way to fantasy island and hardys animal farm

I've tried to message the owners but not reply. There was an awful smell in the caravan where I lost a day scrubbing it to try work out where it was from and went out to get more cleaning products. It just wasnt cery clean at all. The beds was so uncomfortable too. I have a bad back anyways so made it 10 times worse. Such a shame to make these comments as the caravan could be beautiful
