I liked the large wrap around veranda and outside seating,very clean quiet park

the only thing decent was it had 4 bedrooms and close to where we wanted

AVOID AT ALL COST... We visit skegness and surrounding areas frequently and stay oftern however this is by far the worst weve stayed at. so when we arrived the smell that hit you was awful we ended up opening windows wherever we could and we went and got air freshener to try and make it more pleasant. the bedding was awful we ended up going to Tesco and purchasing our own, the pillows are cheap basic ones that are as flat as a pancake, now these had hair stuck inside them where people clearly hadn't used bedding, the mattresses was hard and extremely uncomfortable the duvets in more than just 1 room had brown stains on I don't want to think what these could be. the duvet In the double room had marks on and hair on it. there was public hair stuck to the wall in the shower. the kitchen area is dangerous my son was walking on the floor slipped and twisted his ankle! there is peeling on all the walls and table. there is absolutely no heating in the caravan at all just a poxey broken plug in heater... how is this supposed to heat a whole caravan inc 4 rooms.... there is mould and dust collected in the air vent above the door with stains on the roof. we couldn't eat here which means the food we had purchased was wasted and cost ur alot more as a family of 6 to eat out 3x a day which obviously we hadn't budgeted for. had to source new accommodation as it was for my childrens birthday. again not something I had budgeted for. i had emailed and text Andy multiple times and each message has been ignored. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

Caravan smelt of gas Very very dirty I asked for a travel cot and they left me a tiny one which didn’t even fit in a room so I had to life one of the beds up I had to rush to the hospital early hours the day I was leaving as of little one and I lost the keys so couldn’t lock it I let the guy know and I was very sorry for it I didn’t get my deposit back which I think is unfair as I cleaned up before I left The mugs cutlery was filthy it really is just a caravan which needed a very good clean and needs some TLC There was a domestic in the caravan next to us the night before The doors and gate is very stiff and the other doors latch is broke so you couldn’t leave one door open when it was warm I also had to clean the fridge as there was spoiled milk in there

Speed bumps too high, fair walk to leave site, maintenance lacking, had to contact owner to sort both toilets leaking then one wasn’t usable for our stay and on hole could have been cleaned better
