Beautiful caravan in good location and family friendly , also entertainment & beach are within walking distance will definitely be booking again 😀

Great location

Could do with some maintenance, Gas igniter did not work on the cooker. Few of the doors didn’t have knobs on inside so unable to shut with ease. Needs a chopping board in kitchen

Although the caravan was tired it was well equipped, great value for money.

They hadn't cleaned the balcony, as the ashtray was full and an old mop bucket with dried dirty water.

The park is in a good location, you do not need a car to access the shops and dog-friendly beach. The little Highstreet right outside is like a traditional seaside town from back in the day - chip shops, arcades, fair rides, ice cream shops etc. (They prefer cash though rather than card payments)

The caravan was in appalling condition, the cleaner had not been in and when we arrived, the previous occupiers had ran out of toilet paper, and decided to use the duvet to finish cleaning their bottom. The caravan had a smell of pure neglect and dirt from the previous occupiers and they had been smoking in the main bedroom. The floors, skirting boards, tables and chairs were all very dirty. There were cigarettes left in the ash tray, and you would not need Sherlock Holmes to identify why there was faecal matter on the duvet after seeing the state of the toilet. We did speak with the host, who was very polite on the phone and promised to send the cleaning manager to the property whilst we left the keys and went to the beach. However, when we returned they had just threw the duvet over the decking, not actually entering the caravan to clean. They then told the host that we hadn't left the keys (pure lies obviously. Why would I phone and complain about how dirty the caravan was and then not leave the keys for them to clean it?!) We decided to return home the same night, I was glad my children had all childhood immunisations as it was definitely a health hazard.
