Casa bonita y la ubicación perfecta!

"Bon emplacement mais bruyant"

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, à 3 minutes à pied de la gare centrale Xativa de Valencia, donc accès direct avec le métro depuis l'aéroport. Puis une fois sur place, à 5 minutes à pied des places et quartiers historiques avec restaurants à proximité

Le bruit ! L'appartement est au premier étage, et les fenetres ne sont pas étanches et laissent passer tous les bruits de la rue. Sur les 3 chambres 2 sont sur la rue, et donc très très difficile si vous avez le sommeil léger. Des passants qui discutent simplement dans la rue, nous donne l'impression d'être dans l'appartement, le bruit des valises qui roulent dans la rue sur les pavés ... pas cool

Las instalaciones en general, baños poco limpios,pequeños e incomodos, faltó papel higienico. Mucho ruido en planta alta y de la calle. Ventanas sin aislamiento.

On a apprécié l emplacement car situé à côté de la gare.

La rue du logement donne une impression d insécurité le soir. Pour le logement, très propre mais les 2 salles de bain : KO. 1 trop petite, une personne légèrement enrobée ou peu valide ne rentre pas et l autre la douche qui fuit. Côté literie dans chambre double : KO également.

La ubicación

Los baños súper pequeños con moho, alguna pieza estaba estropeada. Las camas no eran cómodas. Poca luz. Sin ventilación, la ventana del salón - cocina no se podía abrir porque entraba toda la olor del restaurante chino de abajo, desagradable a más no poder, el sofá casi que no se podía usar, gastado y sucio, solo había un armario en un dormitorio y con humedad, no se podía poner nada dentro ni colgar ropa. En la ventana del salón - cocina había un montón de colillas, todo en general deteriorado, no había un espejo en condiciones en todo el apartamento.Dos ventiladores q no funcionaban bien. Costaba abrir las 2 puerta - ventanas de 2 dormitorios (el otro sencillamente era interior y por tanto sin nada de luz) estaba la madera como hinchada. Espacio en el que se ha invertido bien poco, las puertas de los baños muy estropeadas.... No lo recomendaríamos en absoluto y no era barato
