Singular Apartments Station

Molto rumoroso

Locatie is fijn dichtbij het station en snel in centrum. Bij een waterlek werd er wel snel Ingegrepen. Veel opbergruimte in kamers.

De badkamer is heel klein en niet zo comfortabel. Er waren heel weinig handdoeken. De airco drupt in de ene kamer en slaat om het uur aan (ook als het uitstaat) wat vervelend is. Nog veel gegevens die gevraagd worden enkele dagen voor de aankomst (alsook borg), stond niet in omschrijving. Verouderd en nood aan renovatie.

Cerano formiche in tutta la cucina, lavatrice che nell’annuncio era disponibile nei servizi, al nostro arrivo era rotta. Lenzuola non completamente pulite. C’erano macchie gialle. Finestre erano “porte finestre” e non cera la possibilità di aprirle solo un pochino perché si spalancavano e davano sulla strada quindi non era proprio bello vedere le persone che ti guardavano a 1 metro mentre eri in camera. In piu’ 1 era rotta e quindi non si chiudeva neanche bene. Avevamo paura che qualcuno ci entrasse in casa da li.

The apartment overall was fine, but the check-in experience and responsiveness of the staff was the worst we've ever had (4 hour wait!!?)

Worst check-in experience that we've ever had. We were standing at the building door for 4 hours before we could get someone to reply and let us in. The company Whatsapp chat was unresponsive for hours, the phone was unreachable as well. We were not provided with check-in instructions only at 4:36PM (way after the start of the check-in time). I asked for information about the process ahead of time but they declined to provide it. Way after 4PM when we were at the apartment address, they finally sent the check-in information witch required us to go to another corner of the city to get the keys at their office. Why couldn't you communicate this ahead of time so we could plan it?! I had to contact Booking.com support several times during this process. To make things worse, when we got the keys and went back to the apartment - it turned out those were the wrong ones. Of course noone picked up the phone again and overall we got into the apartment only 4 hours later! Singular Apartments didn't even apologize until I reached out to them a day after the happenings.

Lokalizacja, duży salon

Malutka łazieneczka- dla okrąglejszych zupełnie zbędna bo nie ma szans, żeby mogli korzystać( fakt w apartamencie jest druga), brak mydła i szamponu, brak okien w jednej sypialni- duszno, przeciekający sufit i kaucja za „ewentualne szkody”- apartament powinien mieć polisę w razie takich zdarzeń, brak informacji ze strony personelu na zadane pytanie dotyczące przedłużenia doby hotelowej spowodowanej licznymi alertami powodziowymi i zaleceniami pozostania w domach (lot mieliśmy o 21, planowaliśmy wcześniej spędzić dzień na plaży, ale po kilkakrotnie powtarzających się alarmach RCB i ubiegłorocznej powodzi oraz licznych ofiarach obawialiśmy się i dlatego takie zapytanie wystosowałam- niestety żadnej reakcji)

La ubicación es maravillosa, cerca del centro y de todos los servicios y el piso es muy bonito.

Algún aspecto del apartamento, los colchones de la habitación pequeña son muy duros, la mampara de la ducha principal necesita unos arreglos y la cisterna del baño pequeño no funciona.

Convenient location close to Trainline stations.

One of the toilets did not work. The shower in the main bathroom was very tiny. Not great if you are a big person. Under the beds were not cleaned properly, there was fluff and dust on the floor in the second bedroom. Tap water was not drinkable even after boiling.
