Singular Apartments Station

Location is perfect, 5 mins walking to the citu center. Many bars and restaurants close by. House was clean ok. It has all the facilities and it is very good state

Though the flat and it's location were fine and the staff was really helpful there was a big problem with the street noise early in the morning and in the evening. To top all of that loud repairs had been made in a neighboring apartment. One of the rooms have only two small windows facing the living room so the ventilation is tricky.

Everyone was very polite and the location of the apartment was very convenient. The place was roomy and clean.

The quiet hours and what sprouted from that rule. We were just living...watching TV and my son would walk from the room to the living room and there would be a complaint. I have never experience this scrutiny and annoyance ever while staying at an air bnb. Because of this, I would bever stay here again.

Amazing location, not so far train and city with many great asian restaurants around it.

The only complaint is that u have to take keys from one location to go to another(apartment) location.

Вялікая і чыстая 4-х пакаёвая кватэра, усюды ёсць вентылятары, на кухні кандыцыянер. У агульным кухня не дрэнна абсталявана. The apartment is conveniently located in the city center, close to the subway and the train station, and a good store. It was not noisy and not hot in late September. It's a large and clean 4-bedroom apartment, there are fans everywhere, and there's an air conditioner in the kitchen. The kitchen is decently equipped overall.

Асноўны мінус у тым, што трэба забіраць ключы за 15 хвілін хады ад апартаментаў, пры гэтым у букінгу паказаны адзін адрас, а на эмейл дасылаюць іншы (інструкцыю мне не даслалі адразу, а зрабілі гэта пасля майго запыту ў дзень рэзервавання). Сам квартал напоўнены азіяцкімі крамамі і сэрвісамі, ніякага асаблівага віду з акнаў не было. У самой кватэры не хапала ўсім адзейны. Увы, але няма стандартнага набора з солі / цукару / чаю / кавы. The main downside is that you have to pick up the keys a 15-minute walk from the apartment, and while one address is listed on the booking, another is sent by email (they did not send me the instructions initially but did so after my request on the reservation day). The neighborhood itself is filled with Asian shops and services, so there wasn’t a particularly good view from the windows. The apartment itself lacked blankets for everyone. Unfortunately, there is no standard set of salt/sugar/tea/coffee.

Great location, nice space, great value for the momey

1) I never received an email with instructions! I had to call ($$$ for an international traveler!). When I called, the lady was arguing with me instead of just giving me the code to get my keys. 2) The lock box with the keys is NOT close to the apartment. It's a long walk in the heat with luggage. 3) the A/C is only in the living room.

The location was great, very accessible via taxi if exploring further afield and close to public transport. The hosts were very accommodating in requests for spare keys or places to leave bags before check-in/after check-out. The apartment was well stocked, clean and spacious. Others have complained about the shower pressure but it seemed fine to us.

The street noise does carry through into the apartment, we didn't stay over a Tuesday when the street market takes place but I could see how that could be very loud in the morning. The apartment is up two flights of fairly narrow stairs, not a problem for us but could be for some. Collecting the keys was from their office about 800m away, it was well signposted with good directions but it does need to be taken into consideration.

Property was clean.

Terrible customer service. Never again! From the first moment to check in it was a mess.
