Perfect location in the historic centre and only a few minutes walk to Plaza de La Virgen. Bed is super comfortable and the bed linen had a lovely fresh, clean smell - as did the whole apartment. Apartment is spacious and has plenty storage. Kitchen has everything you need and all glasses, plates etc were spotless. The owners responded quickly to messages and were friendly and helpful.

It’s quite dark, especially in the bathroom, where the only light is the light on the mirror. Some more lighting would make what is already a great place even better. A small table and a couple of chairs on the balcony would be nice. Many people, like myself, come from cold countries and like to sit out in the sun.

地面层短期居住应该不错，修道院很漂亮。出门很方便。

如果较长时间居住（超过5天）尤其需要在室内办公，谨慎考虑地面层房间，完全没有阳光，待久会不舒服。拿钥匙有些复杂，check in要到800米以外的办公室，住超过十天也不会提供相应生活必须品，比如洗洁精（最多够7天）。公寓管理和服务可以更好。不算差的房间，但性价比一般。

The staff are wonderful. They came and met me to hand me the keys. I was helped with taking my suitcase up to the fourth floor which was very kind. They didn't mind that I reoriented the dinning room table. They were very responsive to communications. They have luggage lockers that are convenient when you need them. Charming attic flat with all amenities.

I think they underestimated the time to arrive there from the airport by metro. The security box was "tricky" and I gave up on trying to use it. As it is an attic flat, the ceilings are a little low, but reorienting the main table helped.

We appreciated how friendly and responsive the hosts were. When the key was not in the locker on arrival, someone came to let us in within ten minutes, which was handled very well. The ground floor apartment itself is very spacious, with a large living room and bedroom and plenty of storage. The beds were comfortable, which was important for us during marathon week. The kitchen had what we needed for a simple stay and we were given plenty of towels.

The booking process was quite frustrating. Our original five night booking was cancelled due to changes in the building, and we were told we could only rebook for a longer stay at extra cost, while most affordable options were already gone because of marathon weekend. Inside the apartment, the couch and chairs were not comfortable, so it was not very pleasant to relax there. The bathroom was only okay: there is no ventilation, the shower pressure is very harsh, and water leaks out onto the floor even under the shower screen. Our main concern was cleanliness. The apartment did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived, with hairs from previous guests in the bedding and bathroom, and there were ants in the kitchen at first. The owners did send maintenance to deal with the ants, but overall the level of cleanliness was disappointing.

It was just the best vibing little place Ive seen.. It's the kind of place every young person dreams to own.

They need to look at water isolation in the buildings structure. Heavy rain meant leakage.
