Please inform Apartamentos La Xerea in advance of your expected arrival time. This accommodations is located in a pedestrian zone and is restricted to vehicular traffic for nonresidents. Please use the special requests section of the booking form or contact the property directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If 2 rooms are booked, specific information will be requested from guests, in addition to the reasons for travel, in order to assess their acceptance. The processing of group bookings is subject to a supplement of EUR 2,000 per flat. This is payable at the time of booking (this amount is added to the selected rate). This establishment does not allow bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations. All guests must be in possession of a valid identification document, they will be required to complete the registration of travelers required by the Ministry of the Interior. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required before your arrival. This must be paid by credit/debit card. The amount will be fully refunded to the credit card within a maximum of 30 days after check-out once the accommodations is inspected. You will be charged EUR 4,00 daily for utilities such as power & water. Customer service is from January 1st to December 31st (both inclusive) are from 9.30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Except for December 24th, and 31st, customer service is from 9.30 a.m to 6:30 p.m License number: EGVT: 217 Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Exceptional"

The apartment was very well situated with plenty of room for a couple travelling. The facilities were in great condition with plenty of shops and restaurants with a minute or two of walking. A great option for a short or long visit to Valencia.

"Lovely apartment, surrounding area can be a bit noisy"

The apartment is well-located, nicely decorated, and very clean. AC is a plus. Communicative host.

The cleaning crew turned up before check-out time, and we were unable to access the lockers inside after check-out because the door code had already changed. The 200 euro deposit we paid was unexpected as it is rather hidden in the terms.

Perfect location. Lovely modern room with everything we needed!

Only problem we had was with the air conditioning which dripped a lot of water so we had to use quite a few bowls to catch it. Was annoying but it still worked which is the most important thing!

It was wonderful open space apartment ! It was clean and nice. Also great location

It was a bit hard to find. Google maps doesn’t find it but if you ask the local you will get there look at the picture it says the street .

The space and ability to wash our clothes and cook. Very well equipped

Very low ceiling beams in places and steep stairs with no lift. We were on the 4 th floor though

Cozy apartment near many historic sites. The full kitchen was very convenient for having dinner and breakfast. The location was quiet and near many shops and restaurants. Had we not had to change units the day after our arrival (quite an inconvenience that disrupted our plans), I would have rated the apartment a '10'.

On the 2nd day of our stay, we received a message from the host saying we had to move our things into a unit on a lower floor (our original booking) with very little notice. This would not have been too inconvenient if we had been told during check-in that we would need to move units the following day. As it was, we had to cancel our plans that day to go back to the unit and move out.
