Very nice and clean apartment, walking distance from everything you need to see.

lovely spacious apartment in a great location

Was told I could leave luggage at a different address, but after traipsing over there with a heavy suitcase the address was shut. When I phoned I was not offered an apology, just told they didn't have staff at the address I'd been given anymore. Not good start. Then I was sent incorrect entry instructions - told to enter door B (when I should have been told door A. When in the apartment the previous occupants had shut the safe door so we couldn't rest it, despite numerous requests this was not sorted out for the duration of our stay.

Shower had a low pressure hot water and a old/cheap shower head. Very narrow spiral staircase to the property, my pairents would struggle to use them.

It was well equipped.

The location felt a little scary at first. It was just fine though. Just a little intimidating. Also there was confusion about the address. It was different than the one we booked.

Communication was always great and polite, apartment is very cozy and in a good location. We got recommendations about local places to eat and we enjoyed a lot.

The "paper walls" do not stop sound, you can hear everything.

The person I was going to meet was on time. Wifi is good. Location is close to city center which is great.

it is not a welcoming place. You have to pay a 200 euro deposit at arrival (I have stayed at many apartments, but never had to pay a deposit), in case you break things. But many things are broken already (like the windows that don't shut properly). The bed is fine, pillows were not and ruined my sleep. The whole place is pretty worn out, don't be fooled by the pictures. It is a dark place, with not much daylight. That does not have to be a problem, IF only there would be sufficient lightning. But that is not the case, especially the bathroom is almost completely dark. Very depressing. There was a lot of noise, loud music every night coming from downstairs. The stairs in the hallway are VERY noisy. The cleaning was below acceptable, but they do expect you to take away your garbage (!) There was a rug lying in the room so filthy, full of stains, that I rolled it up and put it aside, it left me in horror really. I did not sit on the couch either for that reason. No doormat for your shoes, so all the dirt from the street is going straight in. Really did not enjoy staying here, too much money for little value.
