Please inform Apartamentos La Xerea in advance of your expected arrival time. This accommodations is located in a pedestrian zone and is restricted to vehicular traffic for nonresidents. If 2 rooms are booked, specific information will be requested from guests, in addition to the reasons for travel, in order to assess their acceptance. The processing of group bookings is subject to a supplement of EUR 2,000 per flat. This is payable at the time of booking (this amount is added to the selected rate). This establishment does not allow bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations. All guests must be in possession of a valid identification document, they will be required to complete the registration of travelers required by the Ministry of the Interior. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required before your arrival. This must be paid by credit/debit card. The amount will be fully refunded to the credit card within a maximum of 30 days after check-out once the accommodations is inspected. You will be charged EUR 4,00 daily for utilities such as power & water.
