Excellent location. Great apartment. Air conditioning. Corner shop, bars and restaurants nearby.

Well located and well furnished

Noise from neighbours was excessive on two nights. Banging doors at 4.40am for over 20 minutes.

The location is perfect: In easy walking distance to Old Town Valencia and to public transport. The apartment is on the top floor and quiet. With airconditioning it does not get too hot in summer. The ceiling is low and one must be careful not to hit ones head on the beams (I did it about 3 times). Pleasant surprise: Free parking was available about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment (on the other side of the park).

The kitchen is not well equipped (compared to other places that we have stayed at in Spain): It really only has the bare essentialy: You will have to buy everything: Salt, oil, detergent for the washing machine etc.. Pre-registration took too much time (requiring fotos of both sides of the passports of all guests before arriving.

I had a misadventure while staying at LaXerea. I forgot the key of the flat inside the flat on satuday evening at 21.00. I called FLATFORYOU several time and left messages.....I got a reply -------THE NEXT DAY at 9.00 in the morning. There is 0 service between 20.00 till 09.00 the next day......whatever happen in the flat (electrical problem, water, lose of key - or key stolen) NOBODY will attend you or pick up the phone. THERE IS NO EMERGENCY NUMBER - WHATEVER HAPPEN BETWEEN 20.00 AND 09.00 - YOU WILL BE ALONE .....if you get you key stolen, you will spend the night outside, IT IS AS SIMPLE AS THAT (I have been told the following by the lady who attended me on sunday morning: "This is the policy of the company") - OK - so the policy is: We will not help any of our customer in need.....I find that a pretty strange policy) I HAVE TRAVELLED A LOT, BUT IT IS THE FIRST TIME I SEE SOMETHING LIKE THIS........ 120€ per night for .......... 0 service between 20.00. and 09.00! That´s 12 hours with NO ATTENTION! My bad luck was that my bank card was also in the flat.....I could not sleep in the flat and could not go to another place as I had no money...... Thanks a lot LaXerea for this UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER POLICY. So, if a 70 years old lady get her key stolen after 20.00 in the evening, she will also have to spend the night outside? I HONESTLY THINK THIS IS NOT RIGHT. I WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID THIS PLACE, unless you are sure nothing can happen to you whatsoever.

Location is reaally perfect. It is a huge open space, but at the end it didn't make our sleeping any bad. It was comfortbale.

Wifi was only working on Android phones, and could not be solved during our stay. This was the only thing I'd say was a bit annoying.

The staff is organising and helpful. The apartment is convenient and very clean. All facilities needed are available. The location is perfect.
