Please inform Apartamentos La Xerea in advance of your expected arrival time. This accommodations is located in a pedestrian zone and is restricted to vehicular traffic for nonresidents. Please use the special requests section of the booking form or contact the property directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If 2 rooms are booked, specific information will be requested from guests, in addition to the reasons for travel, in order to assess their acceptance. The processing of group bookings is subject to a supplement of EUR 2,000 per flat. This is payable at the time of booking (this amount is added to the selected rate). This establishment does not allow bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations. All guests must be in possession of a valid identification document, they will be required to complete the registration of travelers required by the Ministry of the Interior. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required before your arrival. This must be paid by credit/debit card. The amount will be fully refunded to the credit card within a maximum of 30 days after check-out once the accommodations is inspected. You will be charged EUR 4,00 daily for utilities such as power & water. Customer service is from January 1st to December 31st (both inclusive) are from 9.30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Except for December 24th, and 31st, customer service is from 9.30 a.m to 6:30 p.m License number: EGVT: 217 Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Old town gorgeousness"

Loved the location. Beds were comfortable and it's was quiet. Perfect stay. Great lounge and space. Fridge was clean. This place is amazing for 3 people. Lots of room and areas to sit. Bedroom wardrobes huge. The lane/street is car accessible so dropped off at door by taxi. Tapas bar and bar 40m away. We'll be coming back to this accomodation

The floors needed a decent mop and clean. Needed 2 towels each per person please if staying longer than 2 days please. Bathroom needs some wall hangers for towels please.

The position of the apartment was perfect: close to everything. Clean and cozy.

I would have expected a bottle of water from the house , we arrived lqte , around 12 oclock , and almost died from thirst until the next day because there was no market open anymore nearby.

High ceilings on the top floor apartment, very spacious, nice bathroom, decent amount of light from multiple windows despite narrow streets, quiet location away from the nightlife, good cafe’s round the corner for breakfast, helpful staff on WhatsApp always at hand if needed.

Narrow spiral staircase might not suit everyone, not the best sound insulation from lower apartments, windows look out to opposite buildings so no balcony view.

We had to keep the dehumidifier running constantly. We were not told of the need for this as the apartment was quite dark and damp.

Clean, comfortable bed.

Very late check in. Host did not let us leave the luggage even though there was an info that there is luggage room and we can leave it there. We must have walk around Valencia with luggage which was very uncomfortable, waiting 6h for room. All we wanted is to drop the luggage, not the room itself. Why there is info about such possibility, when in reality you can’t leave it. Room was on the attic and we couple times hit our heads.
