Appartamento con tutte le comodità: stanze ampie, abbondanza di asciugamani e eccellente pulizia. Host gentilissimo. Comodissima la chiave elettronica anche per il portone. Grande frigo e freezer, lavatrice e lavastoviglie.Doccia grande e molto ben funzionante. C'è anche un piccolo balconcino. La zona ha supermercati ad ogni angolo. Posizione strategica a due passi dalla città delle arti e della scienza, con un solo bus siamo andati in centro e un altro giorno in spiaggia.

Dal bagno ogni tanto emanava un cattivo odore, forse per il troppo caldo, ma chiudevamo la porta e non è stato un grosso problema.

Decían tener aire acondicionado estaba malo y no enfriaba bien. Tivunos que rogaría que fueran a repararlo y nos llevaron ventiladores. Sevian que nos iban a reembolsar el dinero por el aire malo. Pero jamás paso

Lindo apartamento, bien ubicado. Excelente la cerradura inteligente.

Lo que nos pareció pésimo es que no hubiera ventiladores en los cuartos en pleno junio con 38°. Tuvimos que comprarnos un ventilador para el cuarto matrimonial. Y llevamos el colchón de una plaza para el living donde estaba el aire, xq era imposible dormir. El tendedero ya está para cambiar, muchas partes herrumbradas, igual que el baño. Falta mantenimiento.
