It had all the amenities we needed. 5 minutes walk to the Oceanograf, which was great

The fact that the bed in the main bedroom was too small. Probably 140 cm x 180 cm, so my foot hung outside the bed, and the twin beds in the small bedroom creaked a lot.

Well situated between the City Centre & the beach/marina area. The district is quiet with nice restaurants nearby.

The 2 single beds were both very squeaky & impossible to sleep on either bed. We had to put 1 mattress on the floor!! The other person slept in the double room which was nice. There is a smell of sewage from the bathroom! The smell of air fresheners was overpowering & when we removed them, we discovered why they were used! The agent had no information on buses, metro, etc.

Location was perfect close to start and finish of the marathon. Locked ourselfs out of the appartement (keys on the inside on the door) with extra keys could not get back in) the owner help us out within a couple of hours while we were visiting the city.

Hot water not warm and then even cold, we changed the boiler stand a few times and finally after 2 days we had hot water. Kitchen could do with a few more utensils; cutlery, a couple of wine glasses.

Spacious and facilities good such as WiFi hot Water kitchen

Cleanliness the single beds were very noisy and creaky one of my kids had to sleep on the sofa
