Apartment on Carrer del Dr. Lluch

Prima gelegen appartement nabij de haven en het strand. Leuk compleet appartement op de 3e verdieping (55 traptreden). Goede voorzieningen in en rondhet appartement. 👌

Todavía estamos esperando que nos devuelvan el dinero que ingresamos a Booking, al no quedarnos en el l apartamento, ya que no se correspondía con las fotos ofrecidas por Booking .

Nettes Apartment. Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

The apartment owners communicated very well through the booking com app message service. Beatriz was friendly, helpful and polite when she met us to check in and out. The apartment location was excellent for the beach and marina. It was also close to many bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. There is also a metro and bus stop right outside, with links to the city centre and other neighbourhoods. The bedroom was small, but the bed was.comfortable and the air conditioning in the lounge worked well. The bathroom was clean and modern and had a spacious shower. It was also good to have the use of cooking and laundry facilities, as well as a hairdryer and iron. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

The bedroom could be a little warm as it did not have an air con unit. We stayed as a couple, so leaving the internal doors open to have it cooled by the main air con unit helped. There are 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. This may be an issue for some guests. It doesn't state this clearly in the description.

ALL GOOD. JUST THE WALLS ARE QUITE THIN AND WEAK SO IN YOUT BEDROOM YOU HEAR THE NEIGHBOR AS IT WAS SITTING NEXT TO YOU IN YOUR ROOM. THAT WAS BIT ANNOYING. OTHERWISE, THE APARTMENT WAS FINE AND WHOLE AREA, BEACH, RESTAURANTS WAS QUITE NICE AND GOOD.

Nagyon cuki lakás,mindennel felszerelve,nagyon jó helyen,közel a parthoz,de távol a zajtól.Buszmegálló,bolt a lakás előtt közvetlen van,ami szuper.Beatriz nagyon kedves,nem tud angolul,de még igy is simán tudtunk kommunikálni,minden simán ment! 3.emeleten van,ugyan nincs lift,de még pont kellemesen fel lehetett lépcsőzni,ez sem vészes.😉

Very close to the sea 7 minutes walk, excellent transportation, hairdryer was there, shower facilities too, except for shampoo, but everything is individual, the kitchen is available, clean, air conditioning worked, the host called in advance and met on time, everything was great

There were some noisy neighbors, but it didn't bother us much

Sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, gut gelegen. Nette, unkomplizierte Gastgeber.

Eigentlich nichts…auch die Treppen sind zu meistern👍🏻
